We believe in quality product and in each and every step we take extra care to maintain it. We hope to see your broad smile each and every time you receive from us. However, in an unlikely case that you would like to go for an exchange, you need to follow this procedure:

Return and Exchanges Terms:

Please write to us at nakshtheboutique@gmail.com with the reasons for exchange and order details. We really want you to enjoy the products purchased, and thus we will replace the pieces if we find the demand is reasonable. However, the sole discretion of exchange lies with the brand, NAKSH THE LABEL. Exchange request should be initiated within 2 days of delivery, we will arrange return pickup after scrutinizing the reason.

Please read the item descriptions carefully. Please also understand that monitors are tuned differently and colors that you see on your screen may be close but not 100% same in the actual product. 

Please note by purchasing from NAKSH THE LABEL, you are agreeing to our above-mentioned terms, conditions and policies.

Credit Note Policy:

In the event that the buyer does not want to take a product immidiately for the exchange, we will issue a credit note (with a unique code) of the full value minus the convenience charge of 100 INR. This credit note would be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. You will get the credit note at your mail within 2-3 days after we get the parcel. The decision of giving credit note will be done after checking the returned parcel condition. You can purchase any product from our shop within the stipulated time, by entering the unique code. The amount will be deducted from your final bill. 

No Refund:

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. 

 

We don't offer exchange on International orders.
