How the women of older days used to feel in their closeted space! They were not allowed to visit the outer bigger world. Their world was their ‘অন্দরমহল’/ The Inner Chamber. The windows and garden outside were their way to outer world. After finishing the household chores, women used to spend time with each other. Afternoons were filled with giggles of sakhis and whispers of secrets. A peep into those world through my imagination.
